Change of Mind Returns
- Eligibility: Return the item within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Exclusions: Please note that custom-made products (such as Wesewco Custom Quilting Tables and WSC Custom Portable Table Inserts) are not eligible for change of mind returns.
- How to Return: Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Custom-Made Products
Our custom-made products are crafted specifically to your measurements and requirements.
- Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products due to change of mind.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your custom-made product is faulty or does not match the specifications you provided, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Notification: Inform us within 7 days of receiving a faulty or damaged item.
- Resolution: We’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund based on the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Damaged Items: Wesewco covers the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Assessment: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
